Well I have to say I trust Dr Peatfield implicitly. My reactions were

stomach pain so bad I thought I would need to go to the emergency room.

Wrenching is twisting to the point of possibly pulled muscles.. HURTS

like He--! I hope it is just pulled muscles and nothing more, but that

is probably it.
