Congrats, !!

Very good job. Maybe with this great control, you won't have too much ups

and downs during your pregnancy.

, remember that old saw about eating for 2, well at least one

plus. I got high calcium by a blood test from eating yogurt, they asked

if i was using a calcium supplement. By all means control the sugars,

and get plenty of fresh veggies and some carbs from fruit, very healthy.

hbA1c 2/16/01= 11.7

hbA1c 4/20/01=6.7

hbA1c 6/26/01= 5.0

The lowest I had had previously was 5.7% and that was with low carbing! (my

dad hit 5.0% with virtually no carbs and oral meds).
