Guest guest Posted March 22, 2011 Report Share Posted March 22, 2011 Mayo Clinic gets $1 million to study dementia Posted: March 22, 2011 - 12:02am By The Mayo Clinic has received a four-year, $1 million grant to study Lewy body dementia, the second-most common form of dementia in the United States. Researchers at Mayo's ville and Rochester, Minn., campuses hope to shed light on how the disease develops, how to treat it more effectively and how to diagnose it better, Mayo officials said in a news release.
