Therapist versus online

Do you feel that it's extremely important to have a therapist outside

the online group? I feel like I can't afford it. And I haven't had

one for quite a long time. Has anyone felt that they haven't really

needed a regular therapist? The ones' I've had, in the past, haven't

been all that great. Yet, other times, I feel the need to just talk

to someone. Ya know?
