OK are these daily average temps or just fluctuations within a day> If

they are daily averages yuour adrenals are not well suppoorted yet. You

need to accomplish that and then see how you feel. I liek to see less

then .02 fluctuation in daily average temps if possible,

It is average. So they average 98.3 up to 98.5. I just started today on 10

MG hc early morning then 5 and 5. So that puts me to 20 for a day. I have

been working up to this for 2 weeks. I guess I just don't know what " good "

feels like anymore. It has been so long since I felt well.

OK thi sis good then. Keep taking them and try a small 15MG thyroid increase.

Okay thanks . I just sent my doc a fax asking for some prescription

refills and asking for Armour. We will see what she says about that!!
