Dear ,

When I got really bad, the only food I could eat without pain, was

fruit. Any amount of fat, will cause the liver/gallbladder to secrete

bile, which causes the pain. Protein also. I don't know how you can

exist for 6 months without fat or protein. As to the risks of surgery

vs. liver cleanse, I hope you were able to receive good advice where

that's concerned. I wish I could be of more help to you.

Hi ,

Unless you have a fever, or are jaundiced, than your condition is not

life-threatening (even though it may feel like it at times!) When I was

putting off surgery, my physician was supportive, and gace me Percoset to

get me through the tough times. I realized you can't do that while you are

pregnant, and the pain had got to be frustrating. My pain went from once a

year,to once every three months, to once a month, to every other night. I

think dietary changes and cleansing (something my chiropractor gave me)

managed allow me to postpone surgery for a while. The thing which gave me

the biggest problems were all things dairy.

I really never found a good narcotics-free way to deal with the pain, but

maybe others here can help you. If you can hang in there during your

pregnancy, perhaps you will be able to heal your gallbladder. If surgery

ends up being what you choose, please feel free to e-mail me privately with

any questions. I had mine out almost a year ago and (ok, don't yell at me

folks) I feel great.

Debra

You can take up to 4 or 6 T of Olive oil, if you are sure that oil is not

connected with pain.

Your baby will be very happy to get natural Olive oil instead of sugar,

refined oils, and other poor foods other babies get.

Try also chewing fresh coconut.

Which method, mention here, could be potentialy more dangerous then surgery?

, try to listen to your intuition.

Try to do what you FEEL is right, not what you think is right.

Nobody can tell you what is right for you to do, but there are many tings I

would be thinking about before trying surgery.

I will mantion few here.

Did you try castor oil packs? You probably did.

Did you try taking magnesium supplemets ?

Magnesium can be of great help for GG and Liver.

For some people, it works better then anything else.

Best is to dissolve some amount of Epsom Salt in water you drink throuout a

day, and drink it.

What kind of salt are you using in your diet ? Good or bad ?

Good salt have a lot of magnesium sulfate in it.

How much water do you take daily ?

Is your water clean ?

Did you evre think about possiblity that pain comes from liver ?

How healthy is your liver ?

I will mention few therapies I would be thinking about before trying surgery.

Some of them cost, some you can do alone at home.

Each and every of those therapies, if done properly, could enhance your

health, and health of your baby.

On the other side, surgery, if done properly, will not enhance your health

in any way, it will only be a smokescreen for your pain.

Therapies with potential to help:

Family constelations - Bert Hellinger's therapy.

I know people who have completely cured serius pain, cured athma,

allergies, cancer, and worst diseases through Bert Hellinger's therapy.

Homeopaty.

I know people who have completely cured gallbladder and shoulder pain,

without doing single flush, jut by using Homeopatic remedies.

Foot massage . (Walking barefoot)

Foot massage can completely stop gallbladder pain.

Radish juice.

Take radish, press fresshly pressed juice, and drink it daily.

It is known to heal gallbladder and to dissolve stones.

Radish juice, if taken daily, can also help melting hardest calcified stones.

Each of the therapies listed have helped people with GB problems and pain:

Acupressure, Shiatsu

Acupuncture, Moxa Therapy.

Yumeiho Therapy.

Osteopatic treatment, chyropractic treatment, ...

Palm Healing

Distant Healing

Karma Diagnostics - Karma Healing

....

List of therapies is long.

Listen to your inner voice and do what you feel is right.

best of health

Hi Agnes! I have been told by my Dr.'s and others that it is not safe to use

castor oil or epsom salts in any form during pregnancy. It is suppose to

cause you to go into preterm labor. I wish I could use the epsom salts. I

eat pretty healthy. I am seeing a chiropractor and get a treatment once a

week. Foot massages dont seem to help me. Not sure if I do it right. I dont

know if I could handle radish juice. I useally cant handle radishes. What

does chewing on fresh coconut suppose to do? I drink alot of filtered water.

What brand of salt is good salt? My liver is healthy as far as I know. The

ultrasounds dont show anything about my liver not being healthy. My liver

enzymes are at a normal range. My mother suggest taking olive leaf extract.

Have you heard anything about this? Thanks for the help.

BULL SHI...

sorry.

Your doc knows about health as much as my dog. (Sorry doggy, I know you know

more.)

It makes me sick how many stupid things can doctor say.

US-RDA for magnesium is 500.0 mg.

That means you need at least 0.5 gram of Mg daily, to prevent worst deficiency.

If you are pregnant, double this dose.

As Mg is just a half part of MgSO4, that means you need at least 1 gram of

MgSO4 daily, to prevent worst deficiency.

To have an optimum, you should take more then 1 gram, at least 2 grams of

MgSO4 daily, deluted in water, daily.

That is about 1/2 teespoon daily.

I know people who take 1 teespoon daily, and are very healty.

Many docs in Germany suggest taking 1 teespoon daily !!!

German docs are for a whole teespoon better then your doc :-)

Epsom salt is natural part of unrefined sea salt.

It is natural part of minatral water you can purchase in every grocery store.

Increasing use of Unrefined sea salt and water in pregnancy is the BEST way of

AVOIDING and PREVENTING premature labor, and AVOIDING many, many birth

complications, birth defects, labor complications.....

Unrefined sea salt have been eaten by humans and animals, pregnant or not, for

millions of years.

Read more here:

http://www.curezone.com/foods/saltcure.asp

Please, use your own brain, forget brainwashed docs.

Read.

You will find more knowledge on internet, then what you can get from your doc.

They are BRAINWASHED into making people sick. Don't let them influence you.

They do it from their best wishes.

Magnesium sulfate is found in many mineral waters, and people have been

drinking mineral waters in different part of the world, pregnant or not.

Magnesium is ESSENTIAL mineral.

You can not live without magnesium.

The only way to cause premature labor by taking Magnesium sulfate is if you

take extremely too much.

Magnesium is not a poison.

Magnesium is a critical element in 325+ biochemical reactions in the human

body.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

--------------------------------------------

Recent research, in France and several other European countries, gives a clue

concerning the role of magnesium plays in the transmission of hormones (such as

insulin, thyroid, estrogen, testosterone, DHEA, etc.), neurotransmitters (such

as dopamine, catecholamines, serotonin, GABA, etc.), and minerals and mineral

electrolytes.

This research concludes that it is magnesium status that controls cell membrane

potential and through this means controls uptake and release of many hormones,

nutrients and neurotransmitters. It is magnesium that controls the fate of

potassium and calcium in the body. If magnesium is insufficient potassium and

calcium will be lost in the urine and calcium will be deposited in the soft

tissues (kidneys, arteries, joints, brain, etc.).

Magnesium protects the cell from aluminum, mercury, lead, cadmium, beryllium

and nickel. Evidence is mounting that low levels of magnesium contribute to the

heavy metal deposition in the brain that precedes Parkinson's, multiple

sclerosis and Alzheimer's.

It is probable that low total body magnesium contributes to heavy metal

toxicity in children and is a participant in the etiology of learning

disorders.

Deficiency (from low dietary intake or excess loss) is clinically associated

with:

ADD/ADHD

Alzheimer's

Angina

Anxiety disorders

Arrhythmia

Arthritis- Rheumatoid and Osteoarthritis

Asthma

Autism

Auto immune disorders- all types

Cavities

Cerebral Palsy- in children from magnesium deficient mothers

Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

Congestive Heart Disease

Constipation

Crooked teeth- narrow jaw- in children from magnesium deficient mothers

Depression

Diabetes- Type I and II

Eating disorders- Bulimia, Anorexia

Fibromyalgia

Gut disorders- including peptic ulcer, Crohn's disease, colitis, food allergy

Heart Disease- Arteriosclerosis, high cholesterol, high triglycerides

Heart Disease- in infants born to magnesium deficient mothers

High Blood Pressure

Hypoglycemia

Impaired athletic performance

Infantile Seizure- in children from magnesium deficient mothers

Insomnia

Kidney Stones

Lou Gehrig's Disease

Migraines- including cluster type

Mitral Valve Prolapse

Multiple Sclerosis

Muscle cramps

Muscle weakness, fatigue

Myopia- in children from magnesium deficient mothers

Obesity- especially obesity associated with high carbohydrate diets

Osteoporosis- just adding magnesium reversed bone loss

Parkinson's Disease

PMS- including menstrual pain and irregularities

PPH- Primary Pulmonary Hypertension

Raynaud's

SIDS- Sudden Infant Death Syndrome

Stroke

Syndrome X- insulin resistance

Thyroid disorders- low, high and auto-immune; low magnesium reduces T4

Other conditions are also associated with chronic and acute low magnesium

intake and further research is continuing to confirm relationships.

The following substances and conditions reduce total body magnesium

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

-----------------------------

Alcohol- all forms cause significant losses

Amphetamines/Cocaine

Burns- with large surface area

Calcium- high levels block magnesium absorption

Carbohydrates- especially white sugar, high fructose corn syrup, white flour

Chronic pain- any cause

Coffee- significant losses

Cyclosporin- extra magnesium can protect from side-effects

Diabetes- magnesium spills with sugar in the urine

Diarrhea- any cause

Dieting- stress plus lowered intake

Diuretics- even potassium sparing diuretics do not spare magnesium

Insulin- whether from using insulin or from hyperinsulinemia

Over-training- extreme athletic physical conditioning/training

Phentermine / Fenfluramine

Sodas- especially cola type sodas, both diet and regular

Sodium- high refined (table) salt intake

Stress- physical and mental- anything that gets your fight or flight reaction

Surgery

Sweat

Thirst

---------------------------------------------------------

Sources of magnesium:

Green vegetable, root vegetable, mineral waters, unrefined sea salt.

Every bottle of minaral water writes it's content of magnesium.

========================================================

Castor oil packs does not include drinking castor oil.

If you drink castor oil, yes , sometimes it may cause premature labour, but

not if you put it on your skin.

Some that you can purchase in health fod store, and that is clearly written:

Non-refined, no additives added, sun dried ocean salt.

Olive leaf can be very good for liver and GB.

Listen tou your heart, .

Your heart knows more then your doc.

Only your intuition can help you choose the right way.

Intuition by Icke:

More important than thinking for ourselves is to feel for ourselves.

In the centre of the chest we have a feeling center called the heart chakra or

heart vortex.

It is from here that we express love in the fullest sense. It is from here

also, and the solar plexus chakra that we instinctively feel if something is

right for us. It doesn't need words or explanations, it just feels right. This

is our intuition speaking to us and our intuition is our connection to our

higher consciousness. When I am faced with a choice between what my mind or my

intuition is telling me, I go with the intuition every time these days. I often

can't explain why I go to a certain place or embark on an area of exploration

and research. It simply feels right to do so.

The mind, even an open one, can be influenced by the daily programming to some

extent and it can go through lists of reasons why what our intuition is

suggesting is not a good idea. " What will my friends think? What about this or

that consequence? Don't do it, you fool! "

The feeling center is not subject to those pressures because it is connected to

a level of consciousness and knowledge that is beyond the manipulations of this

physical world.

As the spiritual renaissance proceeds, the feeling center is being powerfully

reactivated among those who are awakening, and intuition is going to be the

guide of the future. It will not always lead us to where our rational mind

wants to be, but it will always lead us to where we need to be for our own and

the planet's evolution.

It is the intuition more than anything that can help us to weave a path through

the maze of misleading messages and manipulation our eyes and minds face every

day.

When this feeling center becomes more sensitive to us, we will know that

something feels instinctively right or wrong. When the mind opens and becomes

less influenced by dogma and trivia, the more powerfully we feel our intuition.

The mind steps aside, gets out of the way. It has a part to play, of course, as

part of a balance, but it is not there to dominate. A rigid mind, full of

programmed perceptions, overpowers the intuition and delinks us from that flow

of inspiration and guidance from our higher levels of understanding mission

control. In these circumstances, the feeling centres shut down like dormant

volcanos. Therefore I do not accept that everyone on the planet is doing

precisely what they calve to do, as some New Age thinking believes.

We are all born into the circumstances we choose, but as we travel through life

we can be diverted by other influences if we allow ourselves to accept the

programming and close down the potential of the feeling centres, particularly

the heart vortex, to guide us. If we do that we can become like a ship without

a rudder and complete very few of the tasks we came to achieve. I am sure there

Must be many people who incarnated this time to play a big role in the

transformation who have become so shut down by their programmed minds that they

are laughing at, or condemning, those who are doing what they came to do! This

situation, however, can be put right very quickly. Once we allow that flow of

inspiration from higher levels to gather its power and guide us, the magnetic

interaction with other energy fields people, places, situations will draw to

us all the support, experiences, and opportunities we need to evolve both

individually and collectively. This flow of inspiration and guidance is not to

give our responsibility away. The guidance is not coming from some outside

force. It is coming from a higher level of us. It is still the " I " , the

multidimensional self. When we reconnect powerfully with that, we are instantly

deprogrammed.

I am asked by many people for advice on what they should do and I always reply

in the same way. I don't know what is best for anyone else. I only know what I

feel is best for me. The only person who knows what you should do, where you

should go, or what you should think and say, is... YOU.

What does your heart tell you? Right. Go for it!

If you feel in your heart and in your stomach that something is right for you,

then FOILLOW your heart and your stomach, and forget all the science, all the

fear and all doubt.

I just wanted to add my .02 here to the use of foot

masage. I saw a massage therapist who has done

reflexology for me many times before. I asked him to

work specifically on the gallbladder pressure point.

It seemed far-fetched to me at the time, but I figured

anything was worth a try. We were chatting while he

worked and then all of a sudden I did actually feel

something - inside. I can't really explain it, and

this will probably sound weird, but it was almost the

feeling of warm fluid flowing. (told you it would

sound weird!). I only had him do it that one time

and so I can't actually verify whether that was part

of what has kept me out of surgery, but I can say that

I do believe that it did SOMETHING.

It would seem to me that foot massage or reflexology

would definitely be something that couldn't harm the

baby! You can find the charts online to find the spot

if you want to do it yourself or have someone do it

for you (if you can't get to a massage therapist).

There is a matching pressure point on the hand, too,

which would be very easy for you to apply pressure to

on your own.

Just wanted to give you my experience with that and

also wish you luck (and a smooth delivery when the

time comes!!)

I totally agree with Agnes.

One of the biggest lessons in life is to be able to make your own

decisions.

So do research;

find out as many facts as you can;

Hi ,

I was also diagnosed with sludge, but there were a few stones hidden

within the sludge too. Anyway, I also had dull pain regularly. I managed

to get it down to a bearable level by eating a very low-fat diet. Fat,

too much protein caused pain. I started out with only the fatty acids

in my vitamin (about 32mg) and less than 5mg of fat per meal. This helped

alot. You may be able to increase the amount a little each day until you

find the amount of fat you can eat and still have little or no pain. I

maintained this diet for several months until I heard about the flush. You

may be able to do this for awhile while you decide what to do.

good luck,

liz

I had mine removed over a year ago and wished I didn't. I know that

my story is on this list somewhere if you want to read it.

I wished I would have know about DR. Christoper's formulas. There is

a site www.herbsfirst.com that sells them. look on that site and do a

search for gallstones or gallbladders and it will give you more info

and what to take.

This Herbalist DR. saved my mother's life when the

Medical Dr's said that she would only live about 2 years. They think

she had Leukimia. Anyhow I would give him a try before surgery.

Just about everyone I know that has had the surgery have not

improved. Maybe all the DR's around here are incompentent. I have

some friends that feel just as sick as before.

So please do all you can to find a way to get through this naturally

cause if something goes wrong you can't get your galbladder back. I

came out of surgery in worse pain than I went in and it last for

about 6 weeks. After lots of research and asking around it's believed

that they either cracked/broke a lower rib or nicked my liver. I was

so sick after surgery. The surgeon dismissed me cause he said I

should have healed in a week instead of six and that the pain had

nothing to do with surgery (even though I neve had this pain til

after surgery)

hope this helps

Diane

Many doctors will tell you that once they have removed a piece of your

insides your troubles will be over. They are the ones that don't know

that everything is connected, and that cutting out one part doesn't

fix the other parts that are also involved in the problem. A classic

example is heart bypass surgery...when they fix a heart problem with

that kind of procedure they are ignoring the circulation problems

elsewhere that will continue, like cholestrol packed veins in the

legs, etc. Doctors don't think about causes, only symptoms, so it is a

knee-jerk reaction to cut out an organ that is having problems instead

of spending the time to find the cause of the problem merely surfacing

in a particular organ, or considering that diet/lifestyle might create

the same problem again elsewhere! Quick fixes are what most patients

want and doctors are anxious to collect the big bucks for offering

quick fixes.

Ask your doctors questions about diet and see what they know about the

most basic avenue to health. Few medical schools teach anything about

diet. Ask your friends that have been diagnosed with problems if their

doctors said anything about diet. Few do, which says much about the

state of healthcare today.
