Dizzy and water coming from eyes

is now 9 years old and had decompression surgery in October, 1998.

He has been having water coming from his eyes after coughing and has

been complaining of being very dizzy lately. Anyone else had this

problem. I called the neurosurgeon's office, as usual I can't get

passed the nurse. She said she had never heard of it before. Any

suggestions?
