Guest guest
Robin, sorry for the delay in responding. I don't know where the times goes these days, it's like I am in a dream..... Thank you for your kind words. Yes, I wrote it but had " help " . By that I mean that over the past few years I had been keeping these little scraps of notes that I would write down when I heard lyrics from a particular song or words I might hear in a movie that reminded me of my feelings for her. So I had to sort through them all, put some of these " pieces " together with parts of my own words to finally come up with something that would show how much I loved her and would miss her. It was important to me that I get it right. We intended to donate her brain but life just got in the way and the papers never got completed....sigh.... I loved the obituary you posted. Did you write it? It's wonderful. One of the most colorful obituaries I've read. A real picture of your mother was painted. Sorry if I got this wrong but I was thinking that your family made plans to donate your mother's brain upon death....?
