Actually yes, mine has been going through it for like 15-20 years

also. She complains that her mood swings are because she can't

afford her horomones anymore- she's been on them for AT LEAST 15

years and won't stop " taking " them. And by taking them I mean one

month on, one month off, and every other week for awhile, and then

not at all. I think she connects her panic attacks and paranoia to

her " hot flashes " and also blames her depression episodes on her

horible hormonal imbalances. Of course it's not at all realted to

her BPD and the fact that she stops taking those perscriptions at the

same time as well-

For years I thought my mom's behavior was because of menopause. Now

I know better.
