At the request of the National Campaign to End the Waiting List, I'm passing

along the following message in regards to their efforts to publicize the

need for additional community services funding. This is an issue that the

Autistic Self-Advocacy Network is also quite vocal on and that we will be

conducting additional work on in the near future. As a courtesy to our

*BRING THE URGENT ISSUES OF THE WAIT LIST AND PORTABILITY OF SERVICES TO THE

ATTENTION OF THE OBAMA TRANSITION TEAM

We have 2 opportunities to get the waiting list and portability issues in

front of the Obama transition team that involves YOU. It's time now! Many

of you have wanted to do something...and this will take only a few minutes

to do.

First, VOTE on the issue at the Change.org team site.

*We need over 900 votes to get to the top of the Health Care list of ideas.

And WE CAN DO IT. Go there and VOTE. Then, send a message to every

Put it on you Myspace or Facebook page. See how many votes you can find. I

KNOW we can do it!
