if people can snip part of a looooooooong email they respond to - great... but

at the same time for those who are not computer savvy and responding to an email

without trying to figure out cut/paste is difficult enough - then do just

that... we don't want to miss out from hearing from folks b/c they are worried

about cutting & pasting...

for those who can do it and it's no big deal - great - but for those who can't

we STILL want to hear from you! :)
