We are continuing to try to find some relief for my husband from his

abdominal pain. We may have found the problem, if not, part of the problem.

First, we tried a glucose free diet with not much if any difference.

The second food change was to remove diary foods from his diet and in

one weeks time, I can see a big difference in him (even though he is

still complaining of discomfort). I do notice that he is being more

active. Activity was one of the items that seemed to increase his

pain, so I have hope. Weight loss (for both of us) would be a good

thing also and may well help too.

I have more information to research, however, I have been told it can

take up to 6 months for discomfort to go away, once the offending

foods are identified.

We realize the problems with slow digestion. His daily schedule of

extra fiber and stool softeners is working, or at least appears that

way. We go back to the Dr. next week and I am anxious to see what

she has to say.

Life here has been crazy... my health is all of a sudden throwing me

some curves too. If it isn't one thing, it is another!
