what is nada and FOO?

Hi All!

I'm new here. I've just finished reading Walking on Eggshells, and it

has been eye-opening to say the least. I've also just had a look

through a couple of posts. It's so interesting (unfortunately) to see

that there are a lot of other people out there who have had similar

experiences and feel how I feel about many things. Thank you for

sharing.

I was wondering, what does nada and FOO mean? (And if there are any

other acronyms out there, could you please help me out on what those

mean too?)
