Guest guest
>>How would you know if you needed to take this? Does everyone with adrenal fatigue need to take it?<< Low aldosterone is the only reason oyu would need to take ti and most people with adrenal fatigue do nto need it. It causes salt loss I thought with all the salt I needed in the summer, I was taking 2 TSP a day! Along with salted foods, I might need it and I tried it and immediately swelled BAD.. SO Even with my salt losses I did not neeed it. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV My Ebay Jewelry Store (Closing after Xmas!!!) http://stores.ebay.com/valeriescrystalcreations http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
Guest guest
Amy, I had my aldosterone/renin tested and the aldosterone came out low-normal and the renin was high. I take .1mcg of Florinef every day and it helps a little. I am in stage 7 of adrenal fatigue and need all the help I can get to stay hydrated. If you get this blood test make sure you are fasting. They told me I didn't need to fast then I found out later I should have. I had a cup of coffee which probably skewed the test a little. Hope that helps. a in North Idaho > > How would you know if you needed to take this?
