One of the starch-based thickeners (might be ThickIt) is available at Costco in

the pharmacy. You don't have to be a Costco member to gain access to the

pharmacy.

We preferred the gel-based thickeners and, in particular, Simply Thick. It

comes in large containers from the maker, simplythick.com.
