When is the onset of the disease

Hello friends

I wanted to ask all or any of you when do you count the onset is LBD ? Do you

count it from the time of diagnosis or for those like my mom from the onset of

Parkinsonism like symptoms?

I know it's a simple question but as more family members and hospice staff

getting involved with moms care this question continues to come up - and I would

like to have an educated guess!
