Val was right when she said my 93.8 temps were from me not having

enough cortisol. I went from 10mg to 15mg at 6am, 5 mg to 10 mg at

10am...and my temps are 97.1! I feel A LOT better today. I also

swallowed my Armour as did...and that seems to be working as

well. Maybe sublingual was too much of a shock for as perhaps I

needed to absorb it more slowly.

I am going to test thing out for a few days.

Thank you for your help Val and . I needed those lifelines.

YAY I am SO glad to hear you are feeling better. I just knew with the

amount of Armoru you are taking it just wasn;t getting where ti needed

to go causing the low temps.

Let us know how it goes, Helen.

I liked the sublingual Armour when I was on lower doses, but when I got

optimal, the direct T3 was just too much for me.
