First of all I would file a complaint against her with the insurance company

that carries her...and the medical board and the chamber of commerce and any

one else you can file a complaint with. I would also write a letter to her,

send it registered and inform her if you suffer ANY medical problems because

of her lack of care you will hold her and the group of Drs. she works with

financially responsible. I would also cc a copy to each associate in the

group so they can be informed of the situation. That should get some

action....and if they do ask you what it would take to calm things down...I

would most definately demand a formal written apology for her deplorable and

uncalled for treatment with anything else you wish to ask for.

Doctors like this really piss me off....give her all the grief she gave

you!
