Guest guest Posted March 18, 2000 Report Share Posted March 18, 2000 hi everyone first thanks for the letters and info its countdown to nsg specialist its on tuesday keeping fingers crossed that he has some help with this sleep thing i go to bed at around 9-10pm and am awake at 12-29 am every night i lay there and if sleep comes great if not i now get up and have a ddrink and usually a er chat on here then off back to bed and the same at 3-05 am every morning only chat for 30 to one hour and then i seem to be able to sleep again i used to lay and get mad that i couldnt sleep now i just take it as it comes and if i get tired during the day with enforced retirement i nap somedays well have a great day ppl least we are all breathing,,,well when i remember ,,, take care alison <**> new zealand jury out on op or to not op Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
