hi everyone

first thanks for the letters and info

its countdown to nsg specialist its on tuesday

keeping fingers crossed that he has some help

with this sleep thing i go to bed at around 9-10pm and am awake at 12-29

am every night i lay there and if sleep comes great if not i now get up

and have a ddrink and usually a er chat on here then off back to bed and

the same at 3-05 am every morning

only chat for 30 to one hour and then i seem to be able to sleep again

i used to lay and get mad that i couldnt sleep now i just take it as it

comes and if i get tired during the day with enforced retirement i nap

somedays

well have a great day ppl

least we are all breathing,,,well when i remember ,,,
