Can I be dying if I have no pain?

i started thinking i am feeling very similar to how feel the few minutes

right before i faint. so i wondered if maybe my blood pressure i way too

low. i made it to the drugstore and my bloodpressure is fine. But this

is reasurring as mine tends to run low and i have to work at getting it

normal. and it read normal now.

the whole back of my head still feels very wierd like motion sickness

fluid sloshing all around

nevr felt like this before

my eyes having trouble focusing

my head is beginning to hurt

i am goin to go lie down
