Guest guest
Oh my goodness, , sounds like a nightmare! Makes me think of my good friend who hasn't chosen to marry or have a family - human, that is - but she has a " family " of three large dogs. They all sleep with her on the queensize bed, stretched paws all over each other and her. It used to be just two of the dogs, but after a recent relocation to another state, the third dog decided she wanted to join everybody. My friend is planning to get a kingsized bed now to accommodate the third dog! I feel for you, girl!! , I'm not sure what happened, you should have been rewarded with a L-O-N-G period of amenorrhea! That is too unfortunate that you put in so much time and effort with the breastfeeding and didn't even get the payoff of no periods! Oh well, I am sure there have been payoffs in other ways with your kids. What were your thyroid/adrenal glands like at the time? I wonder if any malfunction in these areas affects the interplay of the sex hormones when your body is trying to determine how long it will go with breastfeeding amenorrhea. I'll bet there's some kind of relationship, somewhere in there. Although I could swear I became hypothyroid after my son was born (the 13-monther) but of course had no idea what was causing all the symptoms. I say a thin blanket will do the trick! Yes, I know, I'm mean. (:^w
