Guest guest
Lynn: I also will pray that God will give you wisdom each day as you deal with the last stages of this disease. That is what I prayed for myself because there are so many decisions that must be made when a loved one is suffering from dementia. God bless, Cassie To: LBDcaregivers From: beindreher@... We are seeing signs that she is declining more rapidly now. While nothing about this disease has been easy, letting go will be a challenge that must be met. I pray for comfort and peace for Mom and strength for myself and those who support me in this part of the journey. Best wishes, Lynn in Florida Daughter to Dorothy. Guest guest
Lynn- You and your mom are in my prayers. You have been a source of sound information and sensible suggestions to this group for years, and have helped me deal with my father's ongoing battle with LBD. He, also, is in his final days. He took a bad turn suddenly one week ago and hospice is helping cope with his journey at this point. Continue to be strong, as you have been for so long. Peace to you and your mother in this new phase of the journey. Carol daughter of : diagnosed 2004 with LBD. > > ...is nearing its end. > > Mom " celebrated " her 90th birthday on Christmas Eve. Guest guest
Dear Carol, I'm sorry to read this... My mom is late stage, and there are good days, and bad days.... The end of the journey is so hard. Sending you strength, Helene in NY (Mom almost 78 years old, about 12 years with LBD) > > > > ...is nearing its end. > > > > Mom " celebrated " her 90th birthday on Christmas Eve.
