Happy New Year to all. May this year bring positive discoveries that can be of

benefit to all who face the challenge of Parkinsons as well as LBD with

Parkinsonism. May those who lost loved ones be comforted by having taken the

journey in such supportive, loving ways with their family members.

One of my hobbies is genealogy. DNA and genealogy has been finding its own role

in tracing ancestry as an additional way to answer the many challenges that

arise in researching old records. This article was posted on a genealogical

blog but certainly may be of interest to those involved in recent postings

regarding a genetic tie to this awful disease.

Whether it's because of the way the company is marketing its product or because

I am searching for hopeful news for the future, I am encouraged by the tone of

the article, particularly toward the end.

Here's to future discoveries that may, until a cure can be found, lead to better

treatment options.

Best wishes,

Lynn in Florida
