Please recommend a good Copper supplement

Hi,

My daughter's DAN recommended Copper to be supplemented. We are using E-Lyte

Copper, but she throws up with in 5 minutes of taking it. We tried several times

for many weeks. All other minerals are fine. Only Copper liquid she has problems

with.

Can you recommend a good brand of Copper Capsules or tablets or gels?

I wouldn't know. We avoid copper as much as possible. And, zinc is a

supplemental copper chelator.
