Hello everyone:

2 quick questions:

1) We replaced Kirkman S. Boulardi, with Florastor one week ago

(because we think he had positive reaction to it 1 year ago, but we

stopped it at that time because of cost in the UK) and were wondering

if the lactose content (33 mg) per capsule is a no no. In theory

Florastor makes lactase which helps to digest the lactose. According

to the makers each capsule has the equivalent lactose of 1/3 of a

slice of cheese (which scared us). Wondering if anyone has had any

use/experience/comments. Can the lactose feed yeast? We have seen no

obvious reaction.

2) We started B12 shots as per Neubrander protocol on Nov. 25. Amazing

progress with 1 shot every 3 days. On Jan 11 our DAN suggested we

increase this to every day as effects seemed to peter out on 3rd day

and results were so positive and other reactions were good etc. We are

always cautious, as he reacts to everything, so we went up to 1 shot

every 2 days. He has definitely been stimming more and has been much

more obsessive in the last 2 weeks than in the last 6 months. Is this

normal? In intellectual terms and language acquisition it has been

great, but upping the dose seems to have had a slight regressive

effect on behaviour, although no major challenges yet. Any

suggestions/feedback welcome.

Not so quick as I hope for, apologies.

All the best to all of you.
