vaccination in 3rd world countries

hello, I'm going to my home country (Ecuador) for a visit and have a

couple of friends in the media who want me to speak about autism.

I would like to know what are the recommendations for vaccination in a

3rd world country, with a very high rate of poverty and where is very

easy to get many diseases. I don't think there is access to either

individual vaccines nor merucry free, I am also sure we have there all

the discontinued and most toxic vaccines, that are not " accepted " for

use in 1st world countries. Any comments?
