Timing of last dose of T3 and next morning blood work

Sorry to repeat this again but I just want to double check.

You said to take the bedtime dose and then not the morning until after

the test.

I guess maybe I do the bedtime dose later than most so maybe I need a

time frame. 12 hours?

My last bloodwork was done at 8:30am and my last dose the day before

was a 7pm. It that okay? Normally I would have done another T3 at

11pm. Should I have done that.

Just want to make sure for next time.
