Hey ,

Here's a few of the things I do for detoxing.....

- 'try' for an epsom salt bath at least 4-5 days a week

- sauna session 3-4 days a week

- throughout the day drink ALOT of water, or green tea, or detox tea

- mornings (upon waking) mix a drink with: ~1/4 cup lemon juice, 1/2 cup orange

juice (or blueberry juice), 1 cup water, (red root, boneset, and dandelion root

tincture), then 1-2 scoops of l-glutamine

- evenings before going to bed, mix of a drink similar to the morning but with

the extra ingredients: 1 scoop GABA (to help me sleep better), 1/2 a scoop of

'Precision Extreme D-Tox' (a general purpose but good quality herb detox

formula), plus a scoop of Progressive's VegeGreens & PhytoBerry powders

(note: of the weekends when I have more time, I try to substitute the the last

two with fresh fruits & veggies put through a juicer)

I've done chlorella in the past for heavy metal removal (though I'm not at the

moment). I really should start up another round! :)

I've never tried the coffee enemas though....

I am forgoing sugar due to candida (from a mth of abx I regret) where do you get the red root etc tincture you mention, l-glutamine in scoop form,scoop of Gaba didn't know you could buy in powder form (buying pills from doctor, but expensive) and the other things mentioned?Thanks so much!! julie To:
