Guest guest
Ooooooooopps a misspelling that should have been Sombra gel , not sobra and get the one marked heat or hot not the cold formula "Im not trying to counsel any of you to do anything really special, except to dare to think, and to dare to go with the truth ,and to dare to love completely." -R. Guest guest
Jan, Wow. Thank you. I had no idea how many natural pain relievers there are out there. Hopefully, with all of those choices I'll be able to come up with a protocol that will work. Numbing the nerve endings sounds particularly helpful since most of my pain is nerve pain, not joint or muscle inflammation. However, topicals have their limits, so hopefully I'll be able to find a good combination of remedies. I've also been reading more today about the Epsom Salts/Hydrogen Peroxide/Ginger baths. I'm pretty sure they've been mentioned on here before, maybe even to me personally. (Lymie brain...just how many holes can one memory have? ;o) I've started bookmarking particularly helpful threads like this one to help me keep up with them.) The tub is very painful for me to lie in and has to be padded down with towels, but it looks like it might be worth the hassle. If I find something that works well, I will be sure to share. I know there are others here who live in severe daily pain as well. Thanks for your patient information, not just for me, but for others as well. When you give information to one of us, all of us have the chance to benefit. I can't imagine how much time it must take to put it all together. It is very much appreciated. Hope all are seeing better days. Lorrie > > > > > Hi Lorrie > > For natural pain relief,I use Boswellia herb at least 4 capsules ,up to 6 at a time.also you can use frankincense essential oil directly on painful areas DLPA did not work for me, but then I have not responded to several things and each of us are different in which natural substances work.anti inflamatories in the natural world are boswellia, tumeric, Omega 3-6-9s(n flax seed oil etc), 2000 Mg a dose of good quality fish oil Barleans and natural factors i believe are pure sources.Keep in the fridge. rosewood essential oil .lavender oil, rosemary tea or oil stops muscle spasms.low back pain - evening primrose oil..One of my favorites is Lawang oil expensive but oh so worth it globallight.net I believe is a source. It is very strong when rubbed on so if you have sensitive skin you might dilute it with a carrier oil, but it takes away pain quickly > > There is also a product called Wounded warrior. It takes away pain for about two hours , or you can try Sobra gel , make sure you get the one marked hot or heat which has capsicum in it.Capsicum works by numbing the nerve endings so pain impulses dont get to the brain and you feel no pain because the nerve ends are numbed > also large quantities of transdermal magnesium oil. Work up to 80 sprays several times a day full strength > > Hard to breathe herxing may be due to babesia.Move your binder closer to the detox methods like 1/2 hour to 45 minutes, rather than an hour and yes the temporary increase in symptoms is probably either herxing or the release of toxins recirculating in the body that were not caught by the binder.Kudzu is good for head symptoms , feverfew is also good taken daily for migraines.Source naturals K mag KG will help detox and neutralize ammonia in the brain > > > jan > > > > > Re: OT: Pain (was) Hard to breathe--herx? > Posted by: " Lorrie Richter " lorrie_richter@... lorrie_richter > Date: Sun Aug 12, 2012 7:36 am ((PDT)) > > > > Jim, > > Probably > part of the reason I'm more difficult to remember is my tendency to > drop out for a while.
