Urine Amino Acid VS Metabolic Analysis Profile

Dear Dr JM or listmates,

My son's Metabolic Analysis Profile from Geneva

has shown zero Bacterial dysbiosis after 2 months of SCD.

It used be 6 to 10 degree out of 100 for Bacterial dysbiosis.

(However, we still have a lot of things to be worked on.

His social is still profoundly delayed, and obsession with light switch

and opening/closing doors, etc.etc.)

However, Urine Amino Acid test from Dr's date says

big problem with Abnormal intestinal Microflora (

Probably it means dysbiosis)- over 90% out of 100%

and over 66% of maldigestion/ malabsorption problem out of 100.

I do not know what is the interpretation of this conflicting

data since sample was taken around the same time.
