swapping TiTre for Cytomel plus how high do I go?

Good Morning, Val ~

At 4-1/2 weeks in to all T3, I am up to 140mcg TiTre (with 40mg Isocort) and feeling awfully good. No temp fluctuations, no rapid pulse, no hyper symptoms, no adrenal stress. I am dosing throughout the day:

03:00am 20mcg

07:00am 20mcg

09:00am 10mcg

11:00am 10mcg

01:00pm 10mcg

03:00pm 10mcg

05:00pm 10mcg

07:00pm 10mcg

09:00pm 40mcg

1) My Ti-Tre will run out in about 5 days. Should I begin swapping out 20mcg doses of TiTre for 25mcg doses of Cynomel now? Swap 1 dose/day or 1dose/every 3 days?

2) What is my T3 goal as I try to push out the RT3? As high as I can go without stress? 200mcg? 250mcg?

The 20mcg doses are almost like taking candy ~ I feel very little effect anymore. I don't even notice the 10mcg doses. I certainly feel I can add more during the day without stress.

I thinkk Ti Tre is weaker thanCynomel so I would start swapping it out, but I would figure about 15mcg Cynomel for every 20mcg of Ti Tre you are currently taking.

I had to get my calculator out and do some basic Algebra (which gave me a little emotional trauma that I might need to stress dose for - lol).

140mcg TiTre = 105mcg Cynomel.

How high do I go?

How long have you been on it? If less than 12 weeks you can slowly go up to 125mcg, but if over 12 weeks, then you can also tgoto 125mcg or when twmps reach 98.6 but watch pulse does nto go too high.

OK wiht temps that good I wouold not raise too much more for at least 4 weeks just get the switch done.
