Hi,

My wife and I own two CSB books, one was bought off the web page

recently. The other book I used to develop the Bio Med Spreadsheet

(see posted files). Great book by the way, It is an excellent

method of providing concise guidance and that is why I used it as a

basis for developing this organization tool for parents.
