Is clear vinyl sealer and precatalyzed clear finish safe

Dear Listmates or Ms. Binstock,My son's is three and half, his recent

hair elemental analysis shows he has too much lead, tin, antimony,

and some mercury.  Is wood furniture with only clear vinyl sealer and

precatalyzed clear

finish safe or not for child with these problem?   Thank you very much.Alice
