Guest guest
hi,take care of yourselves jodie thanks ryan.as i write this the sweating is getting worse. YES!!i didn't coil today as last night was my first night without the benzo, so i don't want to do too much. this herxing from babs and benzo w/d (if there will be one-being careful here) is not fun. and i want to be sure which is which. anyway, will coil again tomorrow and see if i can continue to make myself sick(er). this is progress of the best kind. lolbarbara Sorry to hear you have to go through all this you two , neuro symptomes will go just keep on doing. Kindly marie To: Lyme_and_Rife Sent: Thursday, August 16, 2012 8:22 PM Subject: Re: Re: A question or 2 regarding MMS...... Bartonella hi jodie, good to hear from you. i have often thought of you and wyatt also. his being active is actually really good. at least he has the energy to do something. that is encouraging. i know i'ts hard on you when you don't have the energy. i would think it difficult for a child to go through treatment. it's hard for us and we understand, but for them, they don't understand it fully. i so admire all the mothers here that walk the road you do. did you ever get moved? it sounds like you two are doing better. have you been successful treating the bart? if so, what have you done? or where are you in this battle? as you can read in my post to ryan, i have tried the 1583 for babs that is definitely getting a healthy hit. so encouraging to be sick again. sick CAN be good sometimes. so very glad i know about good detox now. and glad i had some good days prior to this though. take care barbara hi ryan, wow!!! your symptoms sound as bazare as mine, except i didn't have the seizures until i was going through the benzo withdrawal. i wish i had been able to find that article in the early-mid 2000s as i spend a couple yrs searching for such. i was desperate to find out why i had these weird symptoms that over 25 drs and surgery could not find/dx. i've listed mine several times hoping to find someone with similar symptoms. you are the first. here is what mine were/are: from somewhere around 2000-2002 i started to get 'hot'. because of my age, early 50's, they thought it hormonal and kept upping my hrt. but the symptoms kept progressing. they would began with a subtle internal feeling as if a switch went off in me. they would come every 30 min 24/7, without fail. 1. anxiety without a cause 2. air hunger 3. nausea 4. heart palps 5. sweating, to where my glasses would steam up. my skin would be wet. these were so severe sometimes that i had to lay down, sometimes on the ground if i was outside. some times i went to the fire dept. because of the severe heart symptoms. if in the heat i've had to be doused with water or get in a cold shower or i thought i would die. these lasted about 10+ min. it would take at least 5 min. of recovery time. then shortly after i would get chills so bad i would get 'goose bumps.' then about 5-10 min. later, the cycle would begin again. so all in all, i had about 10 min per every 30 that i could function. in the car the heat/air conditioner controls were constantly alternated along with my layer clothing. my life centered around the symptoms and my crazy drive to find the cause. i drove everyone nuts. when i went through an acute withdrawal from a benzo i had the seizures alternating with the catatonic states and 'crazy' speech they labeled 'flight of ideas'. benzo w/d will give seizures. in the 18 mos. of slow tapered w/d, many of the months i have experience the seizures when i tapered. i now wonder if the lyme/cos had an influence on that as my taper has been difficult. on the dr. phil show that centered around lyme, one patient experience seizures. after reading the article, i think these crazy symptoms of ours are the babs. my llmd thought because of the cyclical nature of my symptoms it was babs. all my herxes have revolved around these attacks as the herx made them worse, but it was still hard to tell what was a herx or what was the regular attack. the attacks would also get worse, as was yours, with less sleep, food, especially carbs, stress, activity, etc. yesterday i did my first coiling with the 1583 you (and others) have suggested for babs. i did a healthy coil as i figured my load is considerably reduced because of the yrs of coiling and the less symptoms and intensity. i wanted to feel a good herx if the freq. was a good one for me. this morning i woke with a headache, one of the few symptoms definitely related to a herx. outside the attacks. now today, i'm starting to feel sicker, headache, heart palps, hip pain/weakness. shaky, nausea. sensations in my chest. i have had several days of feeling well since being off the benzo, and now am feeling so sick. i am excited to feel this sick. (is that sick or what to be glad to feel sick!). in fact, i'm starting to feel so sick that i'm going to stay down for the rest of the day. yes!! this is great!! this is the first significant reaction i've experienced for yrs of coiling after the initial herxes. it tells me that what i'm hitting may be the rest of the cause of these attacks. i want to thank you so much for sharing your story. its amazing how just knowing someone out there is experiencing what i have for yrs. helps to bring peace. i'm so sorry you have had to go through this also. thank you again for sharing. barbara Hey Barbara, > i am curious about your pseudo-seizures. i have had seizures and> convulsions with the benzo withdrawal. what are yours like? Here's a brief description of my attacks/pseudo-seizures: 1) First they always start with pain (or an 'uncomfortable' feeling) in the pit of stomach.2) Then usually 30-60 seconds later the heart palpitations start, and the feeling of fear or danger kicks in (even if there's no reasons for it). 3) Shortly thereafter the heavy sweats kick in.If I haven't regained control by this point then it escalates from the above (standard anxiety attack symptom) to the below:4) Unable to speak. Lots of chatter going on in the mind, you're 'trying' to speak - but nothing comes out! 5) The twitches/ticks kick in, especially on the left-hand side of the body.6) Then the voice returns - but it's now a stutter This is the 'no return' point, if I haven't regained control by this point then it turns into a full fledged seizure. 7) If I am standing, or sitting the muscles just give out - I collapse on the floor.8) Then I continue to convulse any where from 2-10 minutes longer, usually also stuttering all the while. From here, if I continue to 'resist' after the 10 minutes or so:9a) I'll pass out - cold. Then come around 30 minutes later.OR9b) If I finally 'give in' and don't resist - then the convulsions will finally pass (without me blacking out). But the muscles would usually be weak, a good 10-15 minutes more until I could push myself up off the floor. Sweating like there's no tomorrow as well! __________________________Now luckily only the first two attacks (about 5 months after I was bitten by the infected tick) resulted in me passing out. They happened back-to-back 12 hours apart. Dec. 31st, 2006 & Jan. 1st, 2007. They were the first anxiety/panic attacks, seizures, and blackouts I had ever had. Then got them all rolled into one! (LOL - lucky me!)At the time I didn't know what was happening to me. Was I having a stroke, or a seizure? Was I going to die? All these ideas were flying through my mind at the time - probably which didn't help the situation. It was after realizing that I wasn't going to die, that there wasn't any immediate danger, and to just 'wait it out' - that I no longer blacked out for any of the subsequent attacks.... > how often?> with a herx or just whenever? In the months/years that followed these were the trends that I noticed:- guaranteed to have at least one (sometimes 2) around the full moon flare ups - sometimes (but not always) would happen around the new moon as well- times when I was really, REALLY stressed out or burning the candle at both ends (which usually included not getting enough sleep, food, etc...) - often happened as part of a herx as well (particularly if I was doing an especially heavy rifing session for babesia, and bartonella - to a lesser degree) So anywhere from 1 to 10 attacks a month depending on how stressed I was, how my diet was, how much sleep I was getting, how bad I was herxing, etc, etc.... ___________________________I came across this article around May 2007 that made me convinced once and for all that I had Lyme and co-infections (since my attacks matched so closely with these patients):http://www.lymepa.org/05%20Panic%20attacks%20may%20reveal%20previously%20unsuspected%20chronic%20disseminated%20Lyme%20disease.pdf But as I continued to rife (especially for the babesia & bartonella) the severity & duration of the attacks continued a diminish.Once I stopped rifing for the babesia & bartonella - over 8 months ago, I haven't had any attacks that included #3 or higher in the list above. Items #1-2 would be classified as standard anxiety attack symptoms. But even they have lessened to the point now that it is once (two tops) per month, which happen on or shortly thereafter the full moon. They are only 30-60 seconds in duration as well. Guest guest
Hi Barbara & , I want to say thanks for sharing your stories! I felt like I was going crazy & when expressed what i was going thru to my friends & a couple people in my family & i got to the point that i just say i'm too sick to get out of bed or leave my house whatever the situation is. I also have the symptoms that yinz described, I also have the neuro symptoms, my feet drive me almost over the edge sometimes, the pain & the burning hurts so bad!! I read the other day the S/S of Bartonella & I have those symptoms too, I was diagnosed with Late stage lyme a year ago almost to the day. I went misdiagnosed for about 15 yrs & when i was diagnosed i could walk about 2 steps & couldnt talk without stuttering or lose concentration & would forget what i was saying, I also had 3 psychotic episodes & that was terrifying...Well i have had alot of improvements in a year but i still have alot of symptoms, like the anxiety, air hunger, heart palp, & the sweats & i get so hot i feel like i will burst into flames, so with having this very hot summer i dont leave my house usually. I read about the rife & doug coil i dont have either one of them, i'm not really sure about the prices, so any feedback would be appreciated thanks.............Hugs...... Bartonella Hey Barbara, The yo-yo'ing up and down between almost a heavy fever & extreme chills every 30 min. - thanks for reminding me. I had those same symptoms for a few weeks leading up to my first attack/seizure. After which they seemed to taper off. They seemed to die-off as mysteriously as they came on, 'never did pin down their exact cause... > 1. anxiety without a cause > 2. air hunger > 3. nausea > 4. heart palps > 5. sweating, to where my glasses would steam up. my skin would be wet. These are all 'classic' babesia symptoms. The nausea fortunately I never had 'too' bad, but definitely the other 4 for sure. They all seemed to disappear when I killed off the babesia through rifing at 570 & 1583Hz. At least the air hunger, heart palps & sweating. The 'anxiety without a cause' definitely improved alot as well - probably about a 60% improvement. Then it improved even more when I finished rifing for the bartonella as well (general & acute anxiety are symptoms for both bab & bart, but in my experience bab was the greater of the two evils in this regard). > this morning i woke with a headache, one of the few symptoms definitely > related to a herx. outside the attacks. now today, i'm starting to feel > sicker, headache, heart palps, hip pain/weakness. shaky, nausea. sensations > in my chest. That sounds like a good babesia herx to me. From what I recall my babesia herxes were typically: headaches, heart palps, muscle weakness, shakes, and increased general anxiety. > am feeling so sick. i am excited to feel this sick.
