The really cool thing, Cheryl, is that this time I'm not all bummed

out on myself. I think that being part of this group is helping

change that for me. Working together to stay with it, forgive

ourselves, and keep on has been so educational for me, to say nothing

of healing. Today you help me. Tomorrow I help you. Day after that we

help some one else. It so, SO helps to not be doing this alone! One

of my biggest problems is being a perfectionist about myself, and

never living up to my own standards! When I help other people be okay

with not being perfect I'm then able to give myself the same message.

(Guess that's why I'm becoming a counselor... :)

And I think it doesn't take a genius to figure out that this

principle applies to all the rest of life . . .

So thanks, one more time, for the helping hand and words of

encouragement.
