Guest guest
Hello: A Happy New Year 2002 to all. I am behind in reading emails from the list, so this is in reply to a question sent since November 27, 2001. And in the morning I take an extra capsule of Magnesium Citrate 250mg, with Malic Acid 265mg, they are both made by Sisu. I should mention also that I take along with the magnesium in the morning, 2 Hemp Seed Oil Capsules, which contaims Omega 3, 6 and 9 and GLA oils, 1 Livatone Capsule made by Dr. Cabot, with 2 glasses of warm water after, as the extra water is needed for the Livatone to work as it contains psyllium which helps to move the bowels also. This combination really helps me with constipation, the extra magnesium in the morning really does make the bowels move, as without it I am usually constipated, and when constipated that is when the gallbladder stagnates and cause pain as everything stops moving along as it is supposed to. As you know malic acid is the ingredient in apple juice that is supposed to be so good for our gallbladders, to keep the bile moving along. I should also mention that I also try to do the flush every 4 months, as after 4 months the GB starts acting up again, and also when I eat the wrong foods. I find this to be an ongoing lifelong commitment, when you have gallstones, no matter how many times you flush, if diet is not watched, and right supplements not taken, the symptoms come back gradually again.
