Guest guest
Hey, I need some help... I have been having actual pain in my knees for the past couple of weeks, and yes, I am TOO YOUNG for arthritis! Anyway, I first thought it was some kind of vitamin deficiency, since I had been neglecting my vits. I got back on them, and no improvement. I also thought I could be a little dehydrated, since tea has been a close friend and I had been neglecting my water. Back on water, and no improvement. To be more descriptive, I am talking genuine pain here! Knees are stiff upon waking, painful on bending or going up/down stairs, and latest is 'popping' sound on stairs. They do loosen up as the day goes on, but not totally. I do plan to make appt w/doc, but wondered if anyone had any clues. I am also concerned, as this just started one day...no injury, no gradual start, just one day OUCH! HJ
