X-Post: High Neurofilament IgM

Hi -

I have my consult w/ my DAN! tomorrow but got the lab reports early and

of course, had to start researching myself as well.

Does anyone have an explanation of what a high neurofilament IgM means

with a normal neurofilament IgG. I also could use an explanation of

the difference between IgM and IgG.

From what I can tell it can be autoimmune issues but is there any

other specific information/insight that anyone could share.
