Try some of the l-carnitine and see if that helps... is your water intake up there!! I say and say again...it is (other than carb avoidance) the most VITAL thing you can do to make this WOL work!! IF you are doing both of the above and don't lose in a week, go back to the book and read about some of your stall buster options....but I have a feeling you just aren't eating enough... could tell you a little cheat story of mine but I think they might start throwing cheetos at me LOL...............take care hon, we are ALL here for you, this is a great group!!
