OT: Vit D was Re: OT: OK to take Calcium or Mineral Supplements ???

Sue,

I take 8400 vit D daily but no extra calcium. From what I've read, it's not

good to take calcium supplements even though drs recommend something like 1200

daily. I'm not a dr, but that's just my opinion.

Hi Susie,

I agree with you on both Vitamin D and calcium...

We need D to avoid more disease and calcium we get

enough from diet...

Magnesium (oil) regulates both calcium and Vitamin D

in the body...
