Guest guest
Hi, My wife is struggling to get her cytomel very high. She is on 25 of hydro but it tempatures are a little unstable. She WAS stable but is not since raising the cytomel up to 75. Is it OK to hold the cytomel at 75 for a while until things stablize a bit again? Is there any sort of problem with doig this? Thinking maybe she will continue to check tempatures and adjust hydorcortisone as needed and then raise up cytomel. Any thoughts of mistakes we are overlooking? (Ferritin is low, but she is supplementing with iron). Thanks for your help
Guest guest
She should definitely hold the Cytomel where ti si or even go back a bit to get temps stable. It may help to do this a bit slower yet if her ferriitin is below 50. All the thyroid in theo world will not help if ther is not enough coritsol to get it into the cells and if low ferritin is blocking the works it will finish crashing her adrneals to take more T3. So slowly is much better for now. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/
