Guest guest
That's what I advised her to do (call her Congressperson & find atty). Plus I'm hoping she can get the SS 99-2 letter ruling added to her SS file. I sent her a copy to give to her advocate. Can anybody recommend a good Social Security disability attorney in the Chicago area? Thanks... The SSA's own experts at the hearing stated that she could not work and she had documentation from her previous employer (of over 6 years years) showing how her job performance degraded when she got sick. We were both shocked by the decision given her documentation & the hearing. >> >> >> >> Kendra
