Guest guest
Just for fun - I've been enjoying testing this cookbook. It's been hard to find decent non-dairy, non-gluten, non-inflammatory, etc. recipes. Guest guest
Hi Fifi, I like that cookbook too, although I haven't actually used any of the recipes. I really appreciate that the cookbook includes Singleton's version of the Lyme Diet. One of the projects I'd like to do is to compare Singleton's version with McFadzean's version, but somehow I haven't found the time ... But both of them are pretty close to the way I've been eating for quite some time. So it's a nice validation of what I'm doing.
