I had these. I use to " pop " it out with a Q tip and then paint my

tonsels with iodine. Would go away for awhile. I had my tonsils

removed when I was about thirty. Painful!!!!

I have these allllll the time. For about 15 years now. I begged my ENT

to take my tonsils out. My breath smells horrible b/c these little

stones are lodges in my tonsils. I think they are pieces of food stuck

in the holes in my tonsil. I too no longer eat starchey carbs b/c of

this problems BUT since I have been on HC and armour the problem is a

lot less. I guess it's an immune thing.
