Guest guest
Hey Dolores, The reason you aren't seeing the attachments is because your setup doesn't have them checked as showing as part of the message. You need to click on the paperclip to access them, or better yet, with the new ads at the top of egroup messages, there is a place you can click that will take you to the eqroups main page. Then you can select "messages" and it will take you to the listing of messages. Select the one you want to see and "voila" the attachment will show up as part of the message. Since you are viewing at the eqroup site you don't have to worry about catching a virus! This will only work for messages sent through the egroup site. Any sent directly to you will need for you to open them (or reset you preferences). Let me know what system you are using for your email and I might be able to help you change it so you can view attachments as part of a message., Jen, JT, mdmfoo, whatever! Guest guest
Hi , I do have the paper clips, and clicking on them DOES give me the attachments from everyone else, but not from C. Any other suggestions? Dolores Re: Dolores - links Hey Dolores, The reason you aren't seeing the attachments is because your setup doesn't have them checked as showing as part of the message. Guest guest
Did you check some of 's attachments from the egroups site? Now I'm curious as to why you can't get his but you can get others. Maybe he could send us a "test" email and we could try to see what was going wrong.,
