Optimized before trying Armour switch?

Val - do you think one should be optimized on T3 before trying a

switch to Armour. My doctor wants me to add T4 to Cytomel but am so

torn. I'm not optimized and can't go backwards. I know Armour is the

best idea but still afraid because of my pork allergy. Uuggghhh,

don't know what to do so I thought I'd see if someone shouldn't be

optimized first.
