I " m glad you posted your calcium experience, I'm thinkiing it is

something that might be valuable for me to track regarding my hip, knee

and thumb pain levels, very interesting! I will start watching calcium

intake with respect to pain levels. I would bet I have a very narrow

window between enough and too much or too little. I do for everything else!
