not having rt3 problem but taking t3

i am having difficulty to find a lab which performs rt3 test. I am suspecting rt3 problem so i started t3. So far i could not notice any severe problems. what type of problem one may have if he does not have rt3 problem but takes t3?It will be helpful if i am aware of the problems i might face in case i do not have rt3 problem.
