Guest guest Posted November 19, 2003 Report Share Posted November 19, 2003 Hillary, CT will not begin treatment until they have an approval from the insurance company, unless you choose to pay out of pocket until the insurance comes back with an approval. If your insurance company approves coverage for the band, CT will reimburse you for what you have already paid and bill the insurance company. The 3K that CT charges does include the castings, all adjustments and the band itself. If your child requires a 2nd band, that will be an additional 3K.
