Guest guest
I did saliva testing before I started changing back to Armour from T3, here are the results: Estradiol <0.5 (0.5-1.7) Progesterone 14 (12-100) Ratio: Pg/E2 28 optimal: 100-500 when E2 1.3-3.3 (well, that's sure not me!) Testosterone 9 (16-55) DHEAS 2.2 (2-23) Cortisol morning 4.9 (3.7-9.5) cortisol noon 1.6 (1.2-3.0) cortisol evening 0.5 (0.6-1.9) cortisol night 0.3 (0.4-1.0) So, what should I do different, if anything? I'm on all the supplements (Mag, vit C, zinc, selenium, B's, D) and am still taking 100mg of iron daily. I will check my ferritin soon too. I was running low on T3, and had a hyper episode so while I had cut back to 50 mcg daily to ride out the hyper I took the opportunity to switch back to my old dose of Armour. So far I feel fine. I still have heart thudding when I lie down at night, pulse 80 to 90, sleeping BETTER than I did on T3 only, and now able to lose weight.
